Why is signing in and out on site important?
In a fire or evacuation you need to know who is on site so everyone can be accounted for. Accurate records also help with site security, visitor control, timesheets and investigating incidents.
What if someone forgets to sign out?
They show in red on the attendance dashboard. A manager can sign them out, and anyone still signed in is closed off automatically overnight.
