Create an app for each site or project with its own link and QR code, showing your logo and the site name.
Pick the forms
Choose forms from your company library for each site, or build forms that only appear in that site's app.
Site filled in for you
Forms opened from a site app fill in the site name automatically, and every record is tagged to that site.
Site only dashboards
Give site or project managers access to their own site's attendance, reports, incidents and training matrix, and nothing else.

Is multi site included as standard?
It is an optional add-on that we switch on for companies that need a separate app per site or project.
Can a form be shared across several sites?
Yes. A form from your company library can be linked to as many site apps as you like, or you can make a form that belongs to one site only.
What can a site manager see?
Only the records for the sites they manage: attendance, daily reports, accidents and near misses, and the training matrix. They cannot edit company forms or see other sites.
