Do workers or subcontractors need an account?
No. Workers open the form from a QR code or link on their own device, enter their details and sign. There is nothing to download and no login to remember.
Does it help with CDM 2015 and HSE expectations?
QR Safety Go helps you keep the evidence that CDM 2015 and HSE guidance expect, such as who was inducted, who was briefed on the RAMS and who attended a toolbox talk. It records the evidence; the duty to manage safety stays with your business.
Can it help with CHAS, SafeContractor and other accreditations?
Yes. Signed, dated records for inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS and training can be found and exported as PDF or Excel when an assessor asks for proof.
Can I track site attendance and CSCS card expiry dates?
Yes. Sign in and out shows who is on site now, and inductions can capture CSCS card details and photos, with expiry dates shown in your dashboard.
Can QR Safety Go handle subcontractor approval?
Yes, as an optional add-on. Subcontractors complete your branded company and labour-only approval forms, upload insurance and competence documents, and you review, approve or reject them from one register. AI checks can flag document issues for a reviewer to confirm.
Can we run a separate app for each site?
Yes, as an optional add-on. Each site or project gets its own app and QR code with its own forms, records are tagged to that site, and site or project managers can be given a dashboard for their site only.
Can we report accidents and near misses?
Yes. Workers report accidents and near misses from the app, near misses can be anonymous, and managers track, update and close each report from the dashboard.
